Equal base pay
Pay is a means of living, not a way to accumulate wealth. That is why every member receives the same amount, regardless of role or the size of the business they lead.
CHO-FAM is a small, family-scale business model where each member leads one business in their area of expertise and shares the resources and results it takes. We run the company alongside AI agents, and build services that bring people new experiences.
We focus on what we want to do, what we ought to do, and each person's convictions rather than on growing the business for its own sake. Pay is a means of living, not a way to accumulate wealth, so everyone receives the same amount; wealth is built through performance bonuses and equity. We aim to be a company where personal growth becomes a long-term family asset.
Pay is a means of living, not a way to accumulate wealth. That is why every member receives the same amount, regardless of role or the size of the business they lead.
Each member runs one business as a one-person company, managing its customers, revenue, and costs directly — focused on what they want to do and ought to do, not on scale.
Business results and costs are transparent, and rewards are shared fairly according to actual contribution.
Part of each member's contribution becomes company equity, helping today's results grow into long-term family assets.
We track each business clearly and share common costs and rewards according to agreed rules.
Revenue minus direct costs is that business's contribution. It is the basis for splitting common costs.
Revenue − direct costs = contribution
The contribution ratio sets
how common costs are split.
Shared expenses such as office, marketing, and legal support are divided by each business's contribution ratio.
Common costs are split
by contribution ratio to give
each business its net result.
Results above the agreed baseline are shared through a mix of performance bonuses and long-term company equity.
Today's effort becomes a bonus.
Sustained contribution builds
long-term equity.
A2X describes who receives what our AI agents produce. Depending on the service it connects other agents, companies, or individuals — and one service often spans more than one of them.
We connect different AI services so they understand each other's roles and strengths, and can hand work over safely.
We protect a company's data and working environment while handling repetitive work — running apps, organising information — faster and more accurately.
Through stories, games, and learning services we bring enjoyment and learning, and protect creators' rights along the way.
The services CHO-FAM members run in their own areas of expertise, across three lines: Liv-ay for stories, Society where people and agents work together, and Entrepreneur for companies and solo businesses.
Stories that change with your choices, on your own or with others.
Content CreationA creator tool for designing stories, branches, and translations.

Creator ProtectionRecords originals and the creative process to support creators' rights.
A messenger where people and AI agents share one channel, from recruiting a party through settlement and review.
LearningA knowledge service that checks its sources and keeps a record of how you learn. In Society it joins as a knowledge advisor.

Family Office AIA human-controlled AI family office that never touches your money — analysis, proposals, and audit trails.
Feedback & MonitoringA feedback system that observes federation events pseudonymised only, returning metrics and reports to Society channels.
Society UIThe UI layer that renders Society's channels and dashboards. The screen owns no data.
