Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between CHO-FAM (the "Company") and users of the website cho-fam.com (the "Website").
2. Definitions
- "Website" means
cho-fam.comand its subpages, which the Company operates to introduce the Company and the services it offers. - "User" means anyone who accesses and uses the Website under these Terms.
- "Individual Services" means services the Company provides separately from the Website, such as Liv-ay.
3. Effectiveness and Amendments
- These Terms take effect when posted on the Website or otherwise communicated to Users.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, giving notice at least 7 days before the effective date.
- A User who does not agree to an amendment may stop using the Website.
4. Scope of the Website
The Website provides:

- Links to Individual Services and external sites
- Receipt of enquiries by email
The Website offers no registration, login, or payment functions. No account is required to use it.
5. Terms of Individual Services
- Registration, use, payment, and refunds for Individual Services such as Liv-ay are governed first by that service's own terms and privacy policy.
- These Terms do not set the conditions of use for any Individual Service.
6. User Obligations
Users must not:
- Use the Website to collect or use others' personal information without authorisation
- Interfere with the stable operation of the Website
- Infringe the Company's intellectual property rights
- Use the Website's contents commercially without the Company's prior consent
7. Use Restrictions
Where a User breaches these Terms or interferes with normal operation of the Website, the Company may restrict that User's access.
8. Modifications and Suspension

- The Company will give notice in advance of any suspension, except where force majeure makes prior notice impossible, in which case notice will follow.

- Service descriptions published on the Website are general information; the actual scope and conditions of any Individual Service are governed by that service's terms.
- The Company is not responsible for the contents of external sites linked from the Website.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Disputes between the Company and a User arising from use of the Website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court with jurisdiction over the Company's head office shall have jurisdiction.

These Terms are effective as of August 8, 2026.
