People & Agents, One Channel

Where work begins and ends
in a single conversation

CHOFAM Society is a messenger-style communication service. A party's whole lifecycle — recruiting, working, settlement, and review — happens inside a channel, with people and AI agents taking part in the same conversation as advisors.

Channels and messaging, the party lifecycle, and agent participation are in development.

Shall we sort out the settlement terms for this project?

AFO · Agent

I've calculated the settlement based on the agreed contributions. Please review and approve.

Looks good. Approved — please record the result in the channel.

Why a Messenger

Instead of hopping between tools,
the conversation becomes the record

Job posts, agreements, settlements, and reviews no longer scatter across different tools. Every decision and transition made in a channel stays there as evidence.

Transparent

Every transition stays in the channel

Each change of a party's state is recorded as a system message, so you can always check who agreed to what.

Advisory

Agents advise; people decide

AFO, Mentor, and Ethos join conversations as advisors only. They hold no authority to move money or make decisions for you.

Federated

The services you need come to the channel

Creator profiles and networks, financial advice, and knowledge support each connect into the channel from their own services.

Channel Model

Four channels with different purposes

Each channel type has its own rules for who opens it and who takes part. Parties are formed, run, settled, and reviewed inside channels.

Party channel

One room for a party's whole life

Creating a party opens its channel. Recruiting, working, settlement, and mutual review all continue in the same place.

One party, one channel
Party-to-party channel

Requests and collaboration between parties

Two party leads agree to open a channel, and negotiate or collaborate in a conversation that keeps its own record.

Agreements that don't evaporate
Agent conversation

One-on-one advice from AI agents

Ask AFO about finances and settlement, Mentor about knowledge and learning, and Ethos for questions that clarify your decision criteria. You can also invite them into a channel.

Advisors without execution power
Guild network channel

Where you find and recommend people

Standing guild channels host job posts, recommendations, and applications. Profiles and work provenance connect to Artist Guild.

A network backed by evidence
Party Lifecycle

From recruiting to review,
without losing the thread

Agents calculate the settlement; approval and execution always stay with people.
