Terra is the feedback and monitoring system of the CHOFAM ecosystem. It observes federation events, computes reproducibility metrics, and feeds reports and alerts back into Society's feedback channels. So that observation never becomes surveillance, Terra subscribes to events in pseudonymised form only and forbids re-identification — not an operational convenience, but a privacy invariant.
